Hello! I was just wondering if you were able to share some tips, advice, or any insight about creating/starting a Storenvy to sell prints of one's art? I've never done something like this before & wanted to know more about the process. Any help would be appreciated! Btw, I just wanted to let you know that if you see this question elsewhere, it's not spam! I'm asking different artists about this to get some more perspective on it. That's all. So thank you & I hope you have a lovely day :)
Hi! I really just started storenvy spontaneously without much planning at all 6__9
I attend conventions every year which leaves me with some prints and little things. I thought hey! there’s nothing to lose to set up a shop online. I’ve tried Etsy before but found it difficult to use, but Storenvy’s interface was very easy and simple to use. Though I said I started it kind of spontaneously, I did at least take some time to browse how it works, and I’ve bought things there before, so I was still slightly familiar with it.
I don’t make a lot of money from Storenvy, but it does allow me to make prints and sell art, which I find very rewarding no matter how few there are. It’s very gratifying to sell your own works!
There are also cool features for stats of your store and products etc. I’m not the most savvy at the entire thing, I’m mostly there to have some fun and make some little side money :’D Hope that helps!
Alternative medicine for artist's physical health!!
A lot of events happened to me in the last few months that has prompted me to write a brief post to help artists and maybe the general public with their health :) A lot of health problems can be prevented, so I wanted to write a few bits that are on my mind and hopefully be able to give some help to others. To keep it simple I’m going to list some alternative/complementary therapies that you can seek out other than ending up at the doctors and requiring costly surgery & rehab.
Hello~! I'm going on a trip soon and most certainly wanted to do some watercolour, however the Koi set is not available in my country (Australia) Do you know of any alternatives?
Hi! I would suggest you get a small pan and squeeze some tube colours in and let them dry!! If you dont hve a pan then if you can find a tin box to squeeze some colour in that is really good too! Tbh I dont use all the colours that comes in a travel set so I take out the cubes and squeeze my own colours in :) it’s pretty much all customized!!
